Aakash tablet ran into some problems after much hype as the company failed to deliver the tabs to their consumers on the scheduled time. UbiSlate has a 2.3 Android operating system and a resistive touchscreen, 256 MB RAM, 2 GB internal memory. It has 7 inches display, Wi-Fi support etc. The seven inch Aakash tablet is powered with a 2.2 Android operating system. It has Arm 11 366 MHz processor, Wi-Fi and 3G modem. BSNL’s Penta IS701R is Wi-Fi oriented tablet with 2.3 Android O.S.
BSNL tablet has 1 GHz processor, 256 MB RAM. It has HDMI port for TV connectivity. It also has 7 inch touchscreen along with 800*600 resolutions. It has an inbuilt 2 GB memory.
